I'm sure barely anybody is going to want to discuss this, but I have decided to do a run-through of this show, seeing as the entire series (only 18 episodes) is on Netflix, and I've been meaning to watch this for sometime. I will be posting some thoughts as I watch each episode, and anyone else is welcome to join me.

My thoughts on episode 1 will be posted sometime tonight.

You know what'd be awesome? If we watched this show together. Unfortunately, I still need to finish Season 3 of Buffy (I only have three episodes left).

Well hurry up and finish that, Stephen! Also, with finals and such, I could watch this at a slow pace. I'd totally wait if someone else is gonna join.

I'll try to get Buffy done this week! I'll watch "The Prom" tonight and the two-part finale, hopefully, tomorrow. After that, I'll try to catch up with you on Slings and Arrows. If you're watching at a slow pace, I assume you won't be too far ahead.

Nah, I won't be too far ahead. I might even rewatch episode 1 at some point today or tomorrow, because it is quite dense.

Also, anyone else reading this who has a Netflix account or other means: feel free to join us!

Okay, so apparently I sparked some interest with my inquiries into Slings & Arrows, because now there is going to be an official run-through done here on the forum. Me, Stephen, Dave (a veteran of the show!), Chris Traeger, and (maybe) glazomaniac are already committed to doing two episodes per week, starting this week. A season is only six episodes, so after the first season, we'll evaluate how well this system worked and modify it accordingly. We'd love to have even more people join in on this discussion too, whether you've already seen the series or are a newcomer like us!

We'll be watching two episodes a week (staring this week), and making Sunday as our designated discussion day over in the Slings & Arrows discussion forum located here.

The entire series is on Netflix, so please join us if you're so inclined. It's supposed to be really, really, good.

I'm glad we're going to do this. I haven't seen Slings & Arrows in a while, and I don't get a chance to talk about it a lot. This should reawaken my love of the show and hopefully spread it to at least a few others.

Jeez, Dave. Keep it in your pants. This is a scholarly discussion, not an academic orgy.

It's not an academic orgy? Oh well. No point in participating in it then.

Since I have no classes right now, I'll be joining in this love fest and spreading my tentacles around.
