I saw 11 and 12 years ago and never saw 13. I don't remember much about 12 other than the Julia Roberts meta-joke and that I didn't really understand the plot.

13 is much better than 12, and arguably the best of the trilogy. More effortlessly cool Vegas shenanigans. Definitely worth watching if the opportunity presents itself.
